Review guidelines
Ratings are only useful if they're trustworthy. Every rating must follow these rules.
Do
- Rate only clients you personally worked for, on a project you name.
- Stick to facts: what was agreed, what was invoiced, what was paid, and when.
- Describe change orders, disputes, and how they were resolved.
Don't
- Post phone numbers, emails, street addresses, or other personal details.
- Speculate about motives, character, or anything you didn't witness.
- Use a rating as leverage in an active negotiation ("pay me or I'll post").
- Rate a competitor, a relative, or a client you haven't worked for.
Client responses
Every rated client can post a public response. A client who disputes a rating can flag it; disputed ratings are marked and excluded from the client's score until they're reviewed. Ratings that break these guidelines are removed.
